Bathgate flooring will work closely with you to facilitate the project programme. We will ensure the raised access floor system is installed, tested and certificated to the highest standard and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
Pre-Construction
We can provide sample panels for those projects where bespoke finishes are required. Eg: We recently worked with a Castle in Northumbria where a combination of limestone and oak bonded panels were specified. These samples were made available to the various specialists to ensure total suitability prior to order.
Our National Specification Manager will work with you to ensure that the specification is built to meet either PSA or BSEN Standards and is prepared with all the potential uses of the building in mind. This will help you ensure that the quotation provided is fully relevant
Our Estimates are detailed and precise – even at tender stage. We can guide you on timescales both for manufacture and installation so you can enter this into your project program
We will ensure you are advised of lead times on any specialist items or finishes. We do however keep a large stock of standard panels enabling a very quick turnaround to support you where required.
Confirmation of Order
Once an order is confirmed one of our experienced contract managers is appointed. They will manage the Raised Flooring Project through to completion and certification. This manager will maintain regular contact with your site team and work to the agreed schedule to keep to the project programme.
The contracts manager will maintain communication within our in house manufacturing facility. This ensures that the manufacture and delivery are kept on track. They will highlight any site restrictions or expectations within the site programme. This includes communicating site rules to business partners so hauliers are aware of specific traffic routes into site & any loading / offloading limitations.
Your appointed contract manager will also be planning and managing our sub contract teams. This is to ensure the right team for the job maintain availability on the anticipated dates. On site they will supervise progress and manage any events with a view to maintaining the agreed schedule.
Completion
On completion of the works a full Operations and Maintenance pack is issued which provides you with all the information relevant to the project in one location.
