Contemporary Chic in the Heart of London: 100 Union Street

The building features nearly 2,000 m² of bespoke gravity lay raised floor panels, manufactured by Bathgate Flooring in our UK facility. These panels, with a real maple lacquered finish, enhance the building’s beauty and bespoke design features.

Initial meetings with Roger Zogolovitch from the multi-award-winning practice Solidspace allowed Permaflor to design and manufacture a product that was both practical and aligned with the architects’ and Roger’s vision.

100 Union Street

100 Union Street is the culmination of an extensive planning and design process. The development is part of the enduring collaboration between the multi-award-winning teams of architect Simon Alford at AHMM and developer Roger Zogolovitch at Solidspace.

The Architects: AHMM

Winners of more than 250 awards, including the Stirling Prize, AHMM have been established for over 20 years. They pride themselves on creating innovative buildings that are delightful to use, beautiful to look at, and easy to understand.
