2024 Was the 20th Anniversary Year for Bathgate Flooring Ltd!

Established in BLANK, Bathgate Flooring owes its inception to the visionary leadership of our current Managing Director, Andrew Hubbard. His foresight and dedication have shaped the company into the industry leader we are today.

Over the years, we’ve celebrated numerous milestones, each a testament to our growth and resilience. Our company timeline showcases these achievements, reflecting our journey and evolution.

We’ve built specialist teams, each dedicated to providing unparalleled support and expertise to our customers. Our Estimating, Contracts, and Commercial Teams are committed to delivering comprehensive services to main contractors, while our Supply Only Team offers direct-from-manufacturer services to independent installation companies.

Bathgate Flooring has weathered many storms, including the Global Financial Crisis and a devastating fire that threatened our entire business. Yet, with unwavering support from our Group, local enterprises, the community, and our suppliers, we emerged stronger and more united.

Our commitment to continuous improvement is evident in our numerous accreditations and the modern services we offer, such as CAD and BIM modelling. We’ve also automated many aspects of our production process, enhancing both quality and safety.

In 2017, we welcomed Paul Freeman and Ernie Smyth to our board of Directors, joining Andrew Hubbard to form a robust leadership team.

The Covid-19 pandemic tested our flexibility and resilience once again. We swiftly adapted, creating a safe environment for our employees and maintaining our manufacturing operations while supporting customers from temporary home bases. This agility ensured we were ready to meet our customers’ needs with minimal disruption.

In 2024, we continued our commitment to sustainability with significant investments in green energy generation and additional storage units adjacent to our main manufacturing facility.
