Access Flooring is used in buildings like this to ensure that there is easy access to the services if needed. Simply lift up the floor panels and all the cabling is visible beneath. This system also allows for floor boxes to be used so that there are no trailing wires. If in the future a new tenant takes up residence – the layout is easily re-organised to suit the new occupants.
