The Air Seal gasket can be applied to any Bathgate Flooring Steel Encapsulated or Edge Banded Panel where the Void or Plenum of the floor is going to be used as a vehicle to transport air. As the Raised Floor Panels are extremely dimensionally accurate, when the panels are laid, the Closed Cell Neoprene gasket has an interference fit and seals the void stopping unwanted leaks through the joints.
The BSRIA Guide B65/2016 states at 50Pa: 1.0 litre/sec.m2 as a minimum standard to be achieved, we can exceed these figures based on correct specification and expert installation.
