On handover of any project we provide a full O&M (Operations and Maintenance) Manual. The information contained within the manual enables the end user to have one place of reference for all information relevant to the flooring scope. This is done for all projects.
The Operations and Maintenance Manual will include;
- Bathgate Flooring Company Details
- Scope of works (total quantity of area installed and to which building/level/room and what panel system)
- System details (details of panel spec, pedestal range, adhesive, sealer, cavity barrier, acoustic barrier, stringers or vinyl used on that project)
- Maintenance procedures (routine, floor protection, safety removal & replacing of panels, cut outs)
- Cleaning details (under the floor, vinyl panels)
- Details for Demolition or decommissioning
- What to do on the findings of any faults
- Manufacturers contact details
- Product Data sheets of all materials
- Safety Data & COSHH Assessments for hazardous substances (adhesive and sealers)
- Drawings of where we have installed
- Any test certificates if applicable (T42 Pedestal Swing Bag testing)
- Warranty Statement and Certificate
This Operations and Maintenance Manual is supplied in digital and hard copy format. Its equivalent is provided for all Raised Access Flooring Contracts and Contract Flooring Contracts. We retain copies of all manuals on our files
